Hello,
Today I have found out how to use ETS3 on Ubuntu with a USB interface.
ETS3 has to run on a Virtual machine with Windows.
Install first Virtualbox with on that a Windows installation (I used Windows XP)
From there on you can install ETS3 in windows.
The problem I had was to get my USB interface to work.
This is the solution :

I have not found out yet how to get a serial connection to work...
