Hi All I have one non-operational Jung 3602 dimmer (FZ1605 chip is dead) and i decide to give you some pictures, since you have dimmaktor in project list. Please only reply, talk or ask more info in English. I really dont speak Deutsch. 
What so see in image very quickly: - Old BCU on top image - Optocoplers to protect rest of circuit from BUS. - Control cirucuit - Dip Connectors to Top pcb (Power part) |

Bottom side of PCB 1: 
Wires and missing chip is because dead FZ1065..o i remove it from board so i could test if the rest of circuit was ok. Dimmer controler... You can see pic16c with 4mega crystal Dark area below chip are planes in inner layers..So..this PCB has 4 layers. Planes used because of Circuit noise. No traces in internal layers. |

PCB 2 top View: - This PCB has only traces in bottom layer. - Heatsink was removed from Mosfets - 2 Mosfets per channel 
- Some Sot-23 - A S10 K250 Varistor - NPN transistors - White componente i cant find references! |

From other prespective: 
-White component is in series with output (dimmer fase) - S10K250 is in series with input (L fase) Circuit is impossible to copy because of PIC (it may be protected), but i think it can help in selection some critical components for the dimmaktor project. Hardware is simple... Software..well..thats another History Lets discuss.. Goahead |

Hi Carlos, can you please subscribe to the AVR-HW mailinglist, there is a discusion ongoing regarding the dimmer actor. You can also have a look to the archive to see the old posts. Thx a lot. |
